He Answers Prayer
“Before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24
Our prayers are not mere words cast into the air, unnoticed, unheard, or unanswered.
God is listening. Always.
He hears the whispered prayers in the dark. He sees the tears that fall in silence. He understands the ache buried beneath words you can’t even find.
And still, He answers.
Not always how we expect, and not always when we expect, but never too late, and never without purpose. Sometimes it’s a quiet “yes.” Sometimes it’s a loving “wait.” And sometimes, His “no” is a redirection, not rejection, because He sees what we cannot.
There are prayers you forgot you prayed, He didn’t.
There are doors that didn’t open, because He was protecting you.
There’s peace you felt, because someone prayed and He moved.
So hold onto this: your words matter. They rise to a God who never sleeps, never misses a cry, and never delays without reason.
He answers. Always.
In His way. In His time. Through His perfect love.
Lord, thank You for being the God who hears and responds. Even when I can’t trace Your hand, help me trust Your heart. Remind me that no prayer is wasted, and no cry goes unheard. I rest in the truth that You are near and You answer. Amen.
