The Greatest Privilege
“But let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know Me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 9:24.
To live life, achieve success, gain recognition, and still miss Him is to miss the most beautiful and profound privilege of all: a personal relationship with the Creator of the universe.
Knowing God is not about religion or routine. It’s about intimacy. It’s hearing His voice, feeling His nearness, walking with Him daily, and being transformed by His presence. It’s not secondhand stories or inherited faith, it’s a deep, personal encounter that changes everything.
Moses said, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us from here” Exodus 33:15.
Paul considered everything “loss compared to the surpassing worth of knowing Christ” Philippians 3:8., because once you’ve truly known God, nothing else compares.
You were made for Him. Without Him, even your highest achievements will feel hollow. But with Him, even ordinary days are filled with eternal meaning.
Lord, Help me to know You for myself, not just know about You. I want to walk with You, hear You, and live in the fullness of relationship with You. There is no greater honor. Amen.
