“Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered; let those also who hate Him flee before Him.” Psalm 68:1.
When God arises, its game up! The opposition melts like wax before fire. The impossible becomes possible, and what has been delayed is released.
Take the case of Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. Three powerful armies rose against Judah in a battle they could not win on their own. Jehoshaphat didn’t panic; he prayed. He called a fast and lifted his eyes to the One who never fails.
And God arose!
He sent a prophetic word: “You will not need to fight in this battle… the battle is not yours, but God’s.” (v. 15, 17). As Judah worshiped, God set ambushes against their enemies. The armies that came to destroy them ended up destroying themselves.
That is what happens when God arises!
He’s not a passive observer of your battles. He’s the Mighty Warrior, the Lord of Hosts, the One who rides on the clouds to fight for His people (Psalm 68:4).
When God arises:
– Enemies scatter (Psalm 68:1)
– Strongholds break (Isaiah 42:13)
– Deliverance comes swiftly (Psalm 44:3)
– Shame turns to victory (Exodus 14:14)
You don’t have to fight alone. Cry out: Oh God, arise! Arise in my family, my nation, my health, my finances, my future.
Lord, I call on You, Arise and let every enemy of Your purpose in my life be scattered. Fight for me, deliver me, and show Yourself strong on my behalf. Just as You did for Jehoshaphat, arise in power and let victory be mine. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
