Covered By God.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1
In a world filled with seen and unseen battles; spiritual, emotional, and physical, it is easy to feel exposed and vulnerable. But for every child of God, there is a divine assurance: you are not unprotected. You are covered.
The Lord is not distant or indifferent. He is near. He is your refuge, your strength, and your shield. When fear tries to creep in, when evil schemes gather like a storm, you can stand on the sure promise of His Word.
“No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me, says the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17–18.
Whether it’s arrows by day or terrors by night, curses or plots, none of them can prevail against a child hidden in God. You are covered by the blood of Jesus, surrounded by His angels, and guarded by His Word:
“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.” Psalm 18:2.
Let this truth anchor your soul always: You are not alone. You are not forsaken. You are covered.
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for being my hiding place and my refuge. I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I cancel every evil plan and pronounce Your peace over my life, my family, and everything that concerns me. Help me to dwell continually in Your secret place, to trust You daily, and to walk in the confidence of Your protection in Jesus’ name, Amen.
