God’s Machashabah (God’s Thoughts Towards You)
“I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11.
It’s easy to believe that God has a good plan for our life when things are working out well, but it’s a little tougher when the path is rough and difficult.
Believing God can be hard after losing a loved one, losing a source of income, or having an endless wait for a particular breakthrough!
God’s machashabah (In Hebrew – His thoughts) toward you are so much more than anything you could have ever imagined on your own.
His thoughts towards you are the real constant, despite whatever circumstances you walk through.
Instead of being so fixated on your plans for your life, realize you need to be more interested in knowing God’s thoughts towards you, and your behavior should be determined by your identity.
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. John 1:12.
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. Colossians 2:13-14.
Your position with God isn’t dependent on performance, it depends on faith.
All our sins are forgiven and washed away in Jesus, who canceled all our debt and nailed it to the cross.
You are not an employee of God, you are His child. No matter the circumstance be confident that your Good and Great Father has your best interest at heart.
His thoughts towards you are always and only good.
