Higher Altitude Of Gratitude
“But You are holy, O You Who dwell in [the holy place where] the praises of Israel [are offered].” Psalm 22:3. (AMP)
God oftentimes use the temporal to explain to us the spiritual.
In Geography, we learned that atmospheric pressure drops as altitude increases. At very high altitudes, atmospheric pressure and available oxygen get so low that people can become sick and even die.
Mountain climbers use bottled oxygen when they ascend very high peaks.
Aircraft create artificial pressure in the cabin so passengers remain comfortable while in flight.
In the kingdom, we always have to soar high. Live high above all earthly storms, emotional potholes, and financial logjams amongst all other challenges.
To ascend great heights in the Spirit, you need to always pack an extra bag full of praise and worship.
This is because God, our King, Master, and Commander-in-Chief, lives in the High altitudes which are located in an atmosphere filled with praise and worship. And you will agree with me that divine intervention and angelic ministration is highest in the place of His presence.
Whenever you find yourself at your wit’s end. When the devil seems to blow the hot wind of frustration, depression, compromise, pride, arrogance, self-indulgence, selfishness and worldly pleasure your way, don’t fall for it, bring out the pump of praise, raise the bar of worship and escape to the higher altitude of God’s presence in thanksgiving.
Your victory is blood-sealed and guaranteed.
