It’s Fruits Season
“This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.” John 15:8
Producing fruit is a demonstration of our discipleship and brings glory to God.
In John 15:8, Jesus tells us that bearing much fruit shows us to be His disciples and brings glory to His Father.
When we abide in Jesus and allow His teachings to shape our lives, we naturally begin to produce fruit in the form of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
This fruit is a testament to the work of Jesus in our lives and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.
It is a reflection of our relationship with Jesus and our commitment to follow Him.
When we bear His fruit, we put Him on display in our lives.
Walking in His fruit shows the world more of what Jesus looks like and who He truly is.
Having His fruit in our lives shows that we are His disciples.
So how do we walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control?
It is by reading His word and obeying His word. By relying on Him and do not trying to do things in our own strength.
