Promise Keeper
“You have kept your promise because you are righteous.”
Nehemiah 9:8
God is faithful to His Word. When He makes a promise, He fulfills it.
The righteousness of God guarantees that every word He speaks is true and will come to pass.
In Nehemiah’s time, the Israelites recognized God’s faithfulness, acknowledging that He had kept His promises despite their own failures.
God’s promises are not just words—they are the foundation of our hope and security.
When He promises to be with us, to provide for us, to never leave us, He does so because of His righteousness and unchanging nature.
Reflect today on the promises God has made to you. Thank Him for His faithfulness, and let His trustworthiness encourage your faith.
Let Us Pray: Lord, thank You for keeping Your promises. We are grateful that You are faithful, righteous, and unchanging. Help us to trust in Your Word, knowing that what You have promised, You will fulfill. Strengthen our faith as we rely on You for all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen
