The Snare Is Broken
“We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.” Psalm 124:7
Does it seem like you have been caught in cycles, attacks, confusion, delay, or spiritual warfare. The pressure is invisible, but real. It is like a net that has been thrown over you to limit your movement and dim your vision. But Psalm 124:7 declares: “The snare is broken, and we have escaped!”
This is a declaration of divine intervention. Whatever trap the enemy set, whatever scheme was designed to hold you down, God has stepped in. He didn’t just loosen the trap. He broke it.
1. God sees what you cannot see.
There are snares set in places you haven’t walked into yet, but God is already breaking them ahead of you. That’s the protection of His love.
2. You didn’t escape because you were smart.
You escaped because God was merciful. Many have fallen into what you walked through. Give Him thanks.
3. Your escape is your testimony.
When God delivers you, don’t just move on. Speak up. The snare that tried to silence you must now amplify your praise.
Lord, thank You for breaking the snare and setting me free. I recognize that my escape was not by power or might, but by Your mercy. Amen
