The Wonderful Power of God
“For nothing will be impossible with God.” Luke 1:37
One of the clearest displays of the wonderful power of God is the parting of the Red Sea.
The Israelites stood trapped, mountains on either side, the Red Sea before them, and Pharaoh’s army closing in behind. From every angle, it looked like the end. Panic rose. Fear gripped them. But Moses said:
“Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord…” (Exodus 14:13)
Then God told Moses to stretch out his hand over the sea. And what happened next was not logical or natural, it was supernatural.
God split the sea in two.
The waters rose like walls, and His people walked through on dry ground. What looked impossible became the path to freedom.
This is the power of God:
He makes a way where there is no way.
He steps in when you’ve run out of options.
He turns dead ends into breakthroughs.
And the best part is that He still does it today.
You may be standing at your own “Red Sea” moment, trapped by circumstances, surrounded by pressure, unsure of what’s next. But the God who parted waters for Israel is still able to move with that same wonderful power in your life.
Trust Him. Wait for Him. Watch Him work.
Lord, I stand in awe of Your power. Just as You parted the Red Sea, I know You can make a way for me. Step into my situation with Your mighty hand. I trust You to do what only You can do. Nothing is too hard for You. Amen.
