Trust Required
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. Isaiah 55:8
There is deep comfort in knowing that God sees what we cannot.
His ways are often beyond our understanding, and His thoughts far surpass ours.
We may question the timing, the process, or even the pain, but His love never wavers. He is not distant or careless, He is intentional, wise, and full of compassion.
In His great love, He has given us His Word, not just as instruction, but as assurance.
Every promise He has spoken is firm. Even when life doesn’t make sense, His Word remains true. It becomes our anchor in the storm, our compass in confusion.
Our response is simple, yet powerful: trust.
Trust Him when it is clear, and trust Him when it is dark. Pray His Word back to Him. Stand on it. Act in faith even when your feelings hesitate. His knowledge of your situation is perfect, and His plan is good.
Father, thank You that Your ways and thoughts are higher than mine. Teach me to trust You deeply, even when I don’t understand. Help me hold on to Your Word, pray with confidence, and step out in faith. Amen.
