Unlimited God
“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26
To be limited is to be restricted, hindered, or confined, while to to be unlimited is to be boundless, infinite, unrestricted in ability or reach!
When we say God is Unlimited, we declare that His power, wisdom, and ways are beyond measure.
He is not confined by human weakness, numbers, or circumstances.
In Judges 6–7, we see Gideon threshing wheat in hiding when God called him a “mighty man of valor.” Gideon didn’t see strength in himself, only fear, inadequacy, and the reality of being from the least of the tribes. But the Unlimited God saw more.
God reduced Gideon’s army from 32,000 to 300 men to show that victory doesn’t come by might, but by the hand of the Lord.
He used the weak to shame the strong, proving that our limitations are not God’s hindrances.
Gideon’s story is proof that:
– God doesn’t need numbers to win.
– He doesn’t rely on qualifications to call.
– He works in and through our limitations to reveal His unlimited power.
Are you feeling small, outnumbered, or unqualified? Perfect. That’s where the Unlimited God shines brightest.
Lord, I surrender my fears, inadequacies, and limitations to You. Help me trust not in my strength, but in Your boundless power. Use me, like Gideon, for Your glory. Amen.
